We offer bespoke AV service solutions (or AV service solutions). We have three defined areas of service (1, 2 & 3 below). Within these three there are a total of fourteen services. Our customers may want all fourteen or five or just one, (does that make sense?) So, what we offer is like a pick and mix of services really and the flexibility to help at any stage of the project life cycle
We can provide a fully managed service but only if that is what they need.
1. Pre-sale Service Solutions
Our pre-sales services include site survey, equipment audits, technical consultation & AV system design.
Our experienced Pre-Sales Team provide a complete Pre-sale Service and we aim to meet every aspect of your project – from beginning to end.
We’ll be your eyes, ears and hands and review your client’s facilities to accurately access their needs.
Skipping this step because of resource availability is a recipe for disaster. We will provide you with the essential details you’ll need before you finalise your design.
We will inspect all areas of work, noting and highlighting where potential issues may exist and provide our own survey report – we’ll even use your own specific survey documentation if necessary.
Discovering issues prior to the installation team arriving on-site is the key to success and avoids
un-necessary delays or even cancellations because of an issue that could have been identified on the initial visit.
Our site surveys are proven to help you meet your deadlines.
Audio visual and presentation equipment should work seamlessly and be intuitive; however, in the real world this is often not the case.
We can provide equipment audits and health checks to give you a clear picture of the current situation as well as future options.
AV System Design
A successful AV system design includes integrating high-quality AV equipment into a sophisticated, yet easy-to-use system that can be controlled by users with little specialist knowledge

2. Implementation Service Solutions
Our Implementation services are at the heart of what we do.
Our experienced team will deliver any project for you, whatever the size and no matter how complicated. Meeting deadlines is something we’re skilled at too – urgency is not an issue for us.
Although we based in the North of England we possess many years of experience working throughout the UK, Europe and Worldwide

We have many years of experience in delivering projects of all types – from small, simple projects to large complex projects that sometimes require Project Management or Site Management, or both, anywhere in the world.
Throughout your journey with us we will appoint a skilled Project or Site Manager who will keep you and your project stakeholders updated on all work with support from our administration and logistics team to ensure you get the best possible service.
Through open and transparent communication, we aim to make your AV project delivery as smooth and unobtrusive as possible.
With thousands of installations completed over the last 13 years we are highly experienced at installing audio-visual equipment.Our team of skilled audio-visual engineer and lead engineers are on hand to help you complete your installation. We take pride in our work and our installation teams work hard to ensure all our installations are carried out efficiently and with an absolute focus on quality.
Programming & Commissioning
We can help you program, test and commission your project with the help of our accredited and experienced technical team. Control Systems, DSPs, AV over IP and so on are all catered for and we partner with brands including Extron, Crestron, Kramer, AMX and Atlona.
We can assist you with custom rack builds for your AV system requirements.
All racks that leave our workshop only do so after they have completed a rigorous off-site test and commission phase; this is just part of the steps we take to maintain the highest possible standards.
Equipment Storage And Logistics
We have a secure warehouse facility based in Lancashire, in the heart of the UK. Our extensive experience means we understand the challenges and difficulties of storing, handling and shipping audio visual equipment.
Our logistics service can provide a dedicated and personalised end-to-end service, from storing your equipment to hand-delivering your goods to your designated installation team or site contact.
Whether you have a large multiple rack build project that needs delivering to the site or valuable equipment to get to a destination we take care of the detail so you don’t have too.
We can provide a WEEE disposal service – If you need us take away any old equipment prior to installing new equipment we are able to recycle or re-sell it in line with WEEE regulations.
Data And Electrical
As we provide a complete turn-key service we take care of any additional data or electrical requirements that may be needed to deliver your project – including projectors, TV’s, Speakers and Amplifiers or additional power and data sockets.
3. Post-Sale Service Solutions
Audio Visual systems are an integral part of today’s business communications; we can help to keep them working at their maximum potential and we offer solutions that can ensure reliability and extend equipment life.
Our post sale solutions help to maintain AV equipment – so your investment keeps providing professional sound and vision long after the installation date.
Emergency Call Outs
Whether we initially installed the equipment or not you can always benefit from the fast response of our skilled, experienced engineers. We have intimate knowledge of all AV equipment and in the event of a problem we can get your AV system working again quickly and with minimum disruption.
We understand the impact a system fault can have on a business which is why we offer a rapid callout service.
Preventative Maintenance Visits
We keep AV systems working at their best. Our post sale team are ideally qualified to maintain all your AV equipment so that it will continue to provide professional sound and vision long after the installation date.
We can help provide regular scheduled preventative maintenance visits including yearly, half yearly or quarterly health checks to extend the useful life of the equipment.
Audio Visual maintenance and repairs are vital to ensure equipment and systems work as they did on the day it was installed and commissioned.
We can provide a complete repair service for any defective AV equipment; regardless of whether we installed the equipment or not.
We are also happy to offer advice, guidance & support where needed. It’s part of our ethos of customer centred care.
In today’s business landscape customer and technical support needs to be super-fast. With most AV equipment being networked problem resolution can often be delivered by good quality remote diagnostics and support – we do exactly that.
