Rob founded AV AIDE in 2007 with a vision to provide a range of professional Audio Visual Services to value added re-sellers throughout the UK.

Rob possess over 21 years of experience within the AV industry, left University with an honours degree in engineering and started work as an installer at the then small organisation called Promethean. During almost 8 years at Promethean he helped them grow their installation department from a four strong Blackburn based team up to a multi-regional operation utilising around 50-100 direct and sub-contracted teams at it's peak. 

 

Rob's professionalism and efficiency meant he was fast tracked from installation into team and project management positions making crucial contributions to the company’s growth every step of the way. Rob implemented procedures for training staff; improving, reporting and monitoring installation quality and developing more efficient operational and logistical policies.
